Charles has a degree in Education, Electrical Engineering, and is a substance abuse counselor. He Ministers in rehab recovery center Ministries. He aids in Pastoral Ministry and Counseling at the Otero Welcome Home Recovery Ministry.

Pastor Don L. Hoffman

Pastor Don L. Hoffman started out in New Mexico with a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education, a teacher. He is a fourth generation builder with Hoffman and Sons Construction. When he moved to Ruidoso in 1980 he was asked to help start the youth programs and became the President for one year. After moving to Cloudcroft he was asked to help start the youth programs for Otero county. He became the president for the youth association, Builders Association, Parish council and others. His heart has always been to serve others. God gave him a vision ten years ago to help minister to those who fight all addictions through the belief in Jesus Christ. Today he is doing God's will at the Gathering Place Church with the Otero Welcome Home Recovery.
